Step
1 –
Inspection
Note all chipping, flaking, peeling, cracks, warping,
deteriorating.

Trenching
A 4-6 inch trench is dug around building when possible.
Sealer is applied to protect against belowground moisture
penetration.

Masking
All windows, doors, screens and landscaping are masked and
covered before application.
Step
4 –
Sandblasting or Water blasting
Removes paint, pores are opened, entire surface is cleaned.
Defects are revealed for repair.
Step
5 –
Patch And Repair
Cracks and defects are patched and repaired. Wall is made
sound for application.
Step
6 –
Tex-Cote Primer
This special primer is applied with a low-pressure spray for
a better bond and to neutralize chalky surfaces and oxidized
paint.
Step
7 –
Tex-Cote
Final textured coating is now sprayed on
Step
8 –
Trim Cote
Scrape or sand all trim. Window frames, porches, door jams
are hand finished in your choice of colors. |
