8 Steps of long lasting protection, beauty and savings!

     Step 1 – Inspection    
Note all chipping, flaking, peeling, cracks, warping, deteriorating.

     Step 2 – Trenching
A 4-6 inch trench is dug around building when possible. Sealer is applied
to protect against belowground moisture penetration.
           

     Step 3 – Masking

All windows, doors, screens and landscaping are masked and covered before application.

      Step 4 – Sandblasting or Water blasting
Removes paint, pores are opened, entire surface is cleaned. Defects are   revealed for repair.
 

     Step 5 – Patch And Repair

Cracks and defects are patched and repaired. Wall is made sound for application.

     Step 6 – Tex-Cote Primer

This special primer is applied with a low-pressure spray for a better bond and to neutralize chalky surfaces and oxidized paint.

     Step 7 – Tex-Cote

Final textured coating is now sprayed on

     Step 8 – Trim Cote

Scrape or sand all trim. Window frames, porches, door jams are hand finished in your choice of colors.
